Please note: Order delivery times do vary depending on stock availability. Most of our linen is made to order and usually takes 3 weeks to receive. Our down products are usually in stock and can ship with in 2-3 days. It may seem like a long wait but it is definitely worth it!
CLICK & COLLECT
All click & collect orders are sent to the stores from our Head Office in Cape Town. Please wait for confirmation that your order has arrived before collecting.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We can ship Internationally. All shipping and handling costs will be quoted for separately. Please contact us to find out more.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please return it to us within 14 days in its original condition for a full refund. We will not refund the shipping costs unless there is a product or manufacturing fault.
